Bermuda weather overview

This lush North Atlantic island really is an earthly paradise: it has all the joys of a subtropical climate without the nuisance of a rainy season. When rain does fall, which it does in quantity, it has the good manners to fall mainly, and conveniently, at night. May to mid-November are the sunniest months on the island with temperatures reaching their peak (up to 30°C/86°F) in July, August and September.

The winter months are cooler but mild with a good proportion of warm, sunny days. Between seasons the weather can be changeable, with hot and chilly clays occurring in quick succession. In late summer, Bermuda can occasionally be affected by the tail end of hurricanes coming from the Caribbean.

What to pack for Bermuda weather

Light clothing is fine for the summer months but in winter add warm cover-ups.
