Do I need to quarantine in the UK if I travel from Greenland?

Greenland is on the Amber list in the UK.

If you have been in or through Greenland in the previous 10 days, and are not exempt by reason of being fully vaccinated, you must quarantine at home for 10 days when arriving in the UK.
