Kerry Walker is an award-winning travel writer and author. Based in Wales, Kerry has travelled to all seven continents and specialises in Central and Southern Europe as well as her home nation, Wales.
Kerry writes regularly for publications including The Telegraph, Times Travel, Lonely Planet, National Geographic Traveller, Condé Nast Traveller and The Independent. She’s also authored/co-authored more than 20 Lonely Planet guidebooks and coffee table titles.
Fluent in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian, Kerry is also a qualified translator. A keen photographer, she has a passion for mountains, cold places and finding true wilderness.
