Sandals launches Covid-19 holiday protection promise
All-inclusive luxury Caribbean specialist Sandals has introduced an enticing new policy, the Sandals Holiday Assurance*.
The Sandals Holiday Assurance* promises guests impacted by Covid-19 while staying at a Sandals resort the opportunity to rebook another stay for free.
If the worst were to happen and you contracted Covid-19 while on holiday at a Sandals resort, you would be issued with an accommodation credit note valid for 12 months.
In addition, Sandals has also introduced free rapid testing for everyone staying at its resorts, including antigen and PCR tests* to meet the needs of both local governement and your pre-departure test for travel. Combined with enhanced cleaning protocols*, Sandals hopes to give holidaymakers confidence and peace of mind.
Executive Chairman of Sandals, Adam Stewart, said of the new policy: "We want to put the fun and joy of planning and anticipating a great holiday back into travel.
"While we recognise the real concerns that may weigh on our guests' minds, we're taking extraordinary measures to remove worry from the equation, so travellers can delight in the entire travel journey - from booking to departure."
