About Vintage Travel
Established in 1991, Vintage Travel* is an independent travel company, specialising in holiday villas with private pools in some of the most beautiful unspoilt locations in Europe including in Greece, Portugal and the Balearic Islands.
Its collection of accommodation comprises both authentic, historic houses and modern, contemporary homes in every location from Puglia to Provence. Based in Cambridgeshire, it caters for couples, families and groups of friends, with villa occupancy ranging from two to 22 people.

The company prides itself on its highly knowledgeable team, which runs a personal inspection on all villas and provides local support in all destinations. It's also an ABTOT-protected company, which gives you 100% financial security for total peace of mind.
As well as a free supply of bed linens, towels and pool towels, Vintage Travel provides complimentary starter packs and free cots and highchairs. Plus, if you're travelling as a small group, you can benefit from Vintage Travel's Small Party Rate*, which offers a reduced rental price if you stay 'under-occupancy' at selected larger properties.
What's included?
When you arrive at your Vintage Travel* accommodation, your chosen property will be freshly prepared and ready for your stay. All beds will have freshly laundered linen, which will be changed (along with the towels) at least once a week. If you've requested cots and high chairs, they'll be provided free of charge at the family houses.
On arrival, you'll also receive a complimentary welcome pack which will include tea, coffee, water, milk, bread, preserves, pasta, sauce and a bottle of wine. Please note that the contents may vary by region. Pool/beach towels are also provided at most properties.
In addition, you'll receive an information pack before your holiday, which will include detailed directions to the property along with other useful notes including car hire or ferry voucher travel documents (if applicable), luggage labels and reusable bags for your hand luggage liquids.

FAQs
Is there a deposit required to make a booking?
Yes, in order to make a booking, you'll need to pay a deposit* of £250 or 20% of the total property rental price, whichever is the greater amount. The final balance due date is usually 10 weeks before the rental start date but this will be confirmed on your holiday confirmation.
If you're making the booking on or after the final balance due date, you'll need to pay the full property rental amount at the time of booking.
Are the swimming pools heated?
Unless otherwise stated on the property description, property swimming pools* are generally not heated. If you'd like to arrange pool heating, it must be pre-arranged and is usually payable as an extra.
Pool heating is normally available in July and August. In general, you can expect the heaters to increase the pool water's temperature by approximately 3°C to 6°C; therefore, it's also advised to use a pool cover when the pool is not in use to help the water retain its heat.
Is wifi available at the property?
Wifi connection and internet reliability cannot be guaranteed at properties. If a property does include an internet connection, it will be indicated on the property description. Data limits may apply and Vintage Travel* is unable to accept responsibility if there is no connection or internet service during your stay.
Do the properties include air conditioning?
Property descriptions will indicate whether the property has air con or not. In some cases, you may need to pay an additional charge. Some properties may also have the air con on a timer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the property description.
