What age qualifies as a child?

Those under the age of 12 by the date of return are classed as children. Infants under two by the return date stay for free.

Is there a set arrival/departure date?

In most cases, there is a set changeover day at properties and it's usually a Saturday or Sunday; for a few properties, it's Monday. All villas in the Caribbean, Sri Lanka and Morocco are flexible on check-in and check-out days.
