Any traveller from England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and, now, Wales, who books a package holiday* before the end of October 2021 to Spain (including the Balearics and Canaries), Greece or Cyprus that is due to take place before the end of October 2022, will benefit.

On the Beach has partnered with the government-approved testing provider Collinson to send test kits via tracked delivery. The offer includes free tests based on the country-specific requirements for double-vaccinated holidaymakers. Tests will automatically be ordered and delivered a minimum of 48 hours prior to departure.

Anyone departing before 4 October 2021 will be provided with one Antigen test and one PCR test. From 5 October 2021, when the current regulations change, holidaymakers will receive just one PCR test, in line with government requirements.

Simon Cooper, CEO of On the Beach, said, "We are delighted to be extending this offer into 2022, and also to be able to provide it for our holidaymakers in Wales. Customers have always been squarely at the heart of our business and extending this offer continues to put them first, easing the financial and administrative burden of testing and making the decision to go - and process of going - on holiday that bit easier.

"We"ve seen an incredible initial uptake of our free testing offer, so we know that it is in line with what consumers are looking for - it feels right to extend this and help people plan for holidays further ahead into next year as well."
