What is the cancellation policy?
Each Headout experience has a different cancellation policy*. Some may be completely non-refundable, while others may allow you to cancel up to 24, 48 or 72 hours in advance. Always check the details of the exact cancellation policy on each experience page. If the cancellation policy is flexible, you should be eligible for a full refund, provided you cancel with enough notice.
How long do experiences last?
Each experience has either a Fixed or Flexible duration. This information is listed on the experience page in the 'Duration' section just under the product name. Those with a 'Fixed' duration are usually experiences with a set timeframe, like guided tours, live shows and scheduled activities.
Meanwhile, experiences with a 'Flexible' duration you can usually enjoy at your own pace: think open-ended attractions and self-guided visits.
If you've booked an experience with a specific start time, be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early for a smooth check-in (some experiences may require security checks before entry). If you've booked an experience with Flexible timings, you can simply show up whenever you're ready..
Does Headout offer group bookings?
At the moment, Headout* does not support group bookings, but most experiences on the website allow up to 10 tickets per transaction. If you'd like to book an experience for 10 or more people, you'll need to make two separate transactions. However, spots might sell out in between your transactions, so you will have to be fast.
