Can I return items bought online at debenhams.com?

Yes - you can return an online purchase* for free when you use Hermes ParcelShop, of which there are thousands of drop off locations throughout the UK, open early until late, seven days a week.

Can I use my Beauty Club card online?

Yes - you can earn Beauty Club card points* when you shop online to buy beauty, fragrance or beauty electrical products. To earn points online, simply make sure you are logged in to your Debenhams account, the one linked to your Beauty Club card.
