Dutch & Belgian Waterways
A TUI river cruise down the waterways of the Netherlands and Belgium* presents a good opportunity to explore an unmissable selection of popular European cities.

River Danube
As Europe's second-longest river, the Danube* is an iconic feature of many TUI River Cruises. Linking western, central, eastern and southeastern Europe, the Danube is approximately 1,770 miles long and flows through many major countries including Austria, Germany, Hungary and beyond.
A typical TUI river cruise down the Danube calls at show-stopping cities such as Bratislava, Budapest and Vienna, with glimpses of picture-perfect villages and dramatic architecture along the way.
River Main
The River Main* is one of Germany's most significant waterways, stretching over 300 miles and connecting to the Rhine and Danube rivers via the Rhine-Main-Danube canal.

Cruising around the Main, Danube, Moselle, Rhine and the Dutch & Belgian Waterways, TUI Isla* features four decks and a range of different cabins including Single, Standard and Superior with French balconies complementing selected suites.
As well as on-site restaurants with both buffet and a la carte options available, TUI Isla offers al-fresco dining on selected itineraries and hosts nightly entertainment at its Observatory, complete with an outdoor terrace with panoramic views.

TUI Al Horeya
TUI Al Horeya* is another cruise ship that sails exclusively along the River Nile, complete with an onboard Egyptologist and stopping off at iconic Egyptian sites along the way.
In between port stops, you'll enjoy plenty of entertainment on the ship, including a wellness area, a top deck with a pool, an area for sunbathing, a couple of hot tubs and plenty of activities.

FAQs
What time is check-in/check-out?
You're welcome to board your TUI ship as soon as your transfer arrives. The team will aim to ensure your cabin is ready for your arrival, but in the event it's not, you can still use the facilities onboard while you wait. If you're travelling on a cruise-only holiday, you can check in from 2pm until two hours before the ship is due to set sail.
On the final morning of your cruise, you should depart your cabin by 9am. You can then use the onboard facilities while you wait for your transfer home.
Which currency is used onboard?
If you're sailing on a river cruise around Europe, everything onboard the ship will be priced in Euros. Meanwhile, all items on TUI Nile river cruises are priced in Egyptian Pounds.
Please note that all TUI river cruise ships are cashless, however, you can charge all onboard purchases to your cabin account, which can be settled by cash or credit/debit card.
Can I bring electrical items onboard?
Personal grooming items such as hairdryers, hair straighteners, curling irons and shavers are permitted when used with caution. If the electrical item poses a hazard, it will be removed and returned to you on the last day of the cruise before you disembark the ship.
TUI also requests that all electrical equipment be turned off when you leave the cabin. Four-way adapters or extension leads are permitted onboard but must be safety-tested by the TUI team first. If you plan to bring a four-way adapter or extension lead onto the ship, please notify the team so that they can test the item for safety.
